Today we went to the theatre in downtown San Francisco to see a performance of "A Christmas Carol". We headed into town a few hours early to take in the view at Union Square.
There was an enormous Christmas tree in Union Square. I tried to get a photo of it from ground level but it was just too tall to get a decent photo. There wasn't a good angle to photograph people skating at the ice rink in the square either. In the end I had to go up to the 7th floor of Macy's to get a photo with everything in it - and I didn't like standing too close to the window to take the photo as I'm scared of heights.
